- 2026. Déborah Amani Faraja (University of Kinshasa) has been awarded a Graduate Assistantship in Developing Countries (GRAID) of IMU-CDC for her PhD thesis, for 4 years, 3,500US$/year. 🌍
- The Mathematics in Gabon for Africa (MaGA) project was approved by the European Commission. It builds on the ANAGA network, broadening both its thematic scope and its geographical reach. 🇪🇺
- ANAGA is a partner in the Unifying Arithmetic Statistics project, funded through an EPSRC Programme Grant in the UK. 🇬🇧
- Our program has been awarded the Mentoring African Research in Mathematics (MARM) grant from the London Mathematical Society. Grant: 4.6k€. 🇬🇧

- CIMPA, Collaborative Workshop on Arithmetic Groups in Gabon for March 2026. Grant: 20k€.
- Anne Quéguiner-Mathieu (Univ. Sorbonne Paris Nord) and Demba Barry (USTT of Bamako) have been awarded the CNRS-Africa Visiting Fellowship. Fall 2025. Grant: 25k€. 🇫🇷
- Our program has been awarded the CNRS-Africa Residential Research School, for a scientific event in University of Nangui Abrogoua, Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Fall 2025. Grant: 30k€. 🇫🇷
- Our program receives support from the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie through the IntenSciF 2024 call for proposals. Project: Mathématiques-Afrique-France. Grant: 25k€. 🇫🇷
- International Centre for Mathematical Sciences (ICMS), Research-in-Groups programme. Bi-thematic research stay on Arithmetic Curves and the Cohomology of Local/Global Fields has been awarded. ICMS, Edinburgh, Scotland, from October 13 to November 14, 2025. Grant: 41k€. 🇬🇧
- International Centre for Mathematical Sciences, Edinburgh, UK, funded the 5th edition of the Algebraic Days of Gabon. This is part of the theme Integrating the global research community of the program Mathematics for Humanity. Grant: 36k€. 🇬🇧

- 2021-23. The research project REDGATE Recherche et encadrement doctoral en géométrie algébrique et théorie des nombres effectives en Afrique, coordinated by J.-M. Couveignes, T. Ezome and Ch. Maire, was funded by the Dispositif de Soutien aux Collaborations avec l’Afrique subsaharienne, CNRS. Grant: 26,8k€. 🇫🇷

- 2021. Ephraim Poncho-Kotey benefited from a one-year scholarship by the Carnegie Corporation of New York in USA through their program Higher Education and Research in Africa (via the BANGA Project in Ghana). 🇺🇸

- 2016-17. Tony Ezome was a Leibniz Fellow at the Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut Oberwolfach (MFO), Germany. 🇩🇪
- 2013-20. The initial grant from the Simons Foundation helped structure the PREMA research network in Central Africa. Grant 630,000 US$. 🇺🇸
